The opportunity| Valued for the impact youmake
In this role, you will report to the Roster Team Leader and beresponsible for the response rostering process.
Engaging in effective and efficient communication to addresscovering staff absence, this includes re-rostering and respondingto changes as they arise. You will liaise with staff and managersin a communication style relevant to the event, this will bethrough face-to-face, phone, text message and email.

The requirements | What it takes to do thiswork
- The availability to work within the hours of 1:30pm- 8pmMonday-Friday, and 5:30am- 8pm on alternate weekends
- High level of knowledge and experience working in arostering or scheduling role within a complex, fast paced andmultidisciplinary 24/7 industry
- Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands ofa busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention todetail
- A sound working knowledge of Enterprise agreementinterpretation and fatigue management principles
- Extensive knowledge of Rostering, Payroll process and TimeCapture systems including experience undertaking systemadministration functions to keep the Rostering system up todate
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and the abilityto liaise with staff and managers to coordinate shifts
