About the Position

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assisting young people in developing life skills and independence.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team to share knowledge and expertise to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
  • Recording children and young people's goals, progress and milestones.
  • Helping children and young people achieve permanency and have a stable home environment.
