What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company's manufacturing goals
- Negotiate favourable contracts with suppliers to optimise costs and ensure reliable supply
- Oversee the procurement of pharmaceutical goods and other necessary supplies
- Manage inventory levels to meet production demands while minimising surplus
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and develop solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Provide reporting and analysis on procurement activities and performance

What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a procurement or supply chain management role
- Proven track record of negotiating favourable supplier contracts and managing supplier relationships
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with procurement software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take a proactive approach to problem-solving
