We are seeking a General Manager of Technical. This is a newly-created position to coincide with our rapid growth. This role is crucial for managing our expanding business operations and nurturing talent to become future leaders in the energy industry.
You will oversee over 500 years of combined technical experience; however, this role will also be responsible for overall business operations and will work with our commercial and regulatory arms to facilitate an effective strategic advisory and consultancy for our clients that truly helps them succeed in the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all technical and operational aspects of the company.
2. Make work fun, and connect our team to our mission and values, creating opportunities for them to grow into the future energy leaders.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and operational efficiency.
4. Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
6. Collaborate with senior management to set performance goals and objectives.
7. Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
8. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience in a senior management role. Experience in leading a growing business is a definite plus.
Excellent leadership and people management skills and the ability to drive a strong team culture.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
