AsGuest Services Coordinator, you will be the face and expert of the Birkenhead Point Outlet Centre GuestServices Lounge, and communicate comprehensive information and knowledge aboutthe Centre’s offers and events to broaden awareness and raise the profile ofthe Centre on a local, national and international scale.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating exceptional customer experience practices byunderstanding the customer, and their needs and wants, and keeping them frontof mind in every aspect.
Active management of the guest services lounge so thatnew visitors are welcomed are the shopfront.

- Maintaining the Guest Services Lounge services andamenities, ensuring they are in good working order and providing refreshmentsand welcome packages to create the ultimate welcome experience.

- Proactively manage tour group and shopper hopper bookingson nominated platforms, monitor shopping centre calendars, centre parking, meetand greets and welcome gifts.

- Assisting the Guest Services Manager deliver visitorexperiences at Birkenhead Point Outlet Centre.

- Implementing onsite visitor experience, including meetand greets for tour groups, visitors arriving by water and coach transportationor Sydney concierge where required.

- Managing the Centre’s TripAdvisor page to be engaging andrelevant, encouraging customer reviews and responding to reviews within 24hours of posting.

- Managing and facilitating visitor initiatives, whichincludes but is not limited to issuing Visitor Passports, UnionPay gifts withpurchase redemptions and recording Ctrip sales information.

- Presenting the Centre and Guest Visitor Lounge to thepublic in its optimal condition.

- Coordinating and personalising onsite visitorexperiences, including meet and greets for tour groups, visitors arriving bywater and coach transportation or Sydney concierge where required.

- Assisting the National Manager, Tourism &Destinations with segmented suggested itineraries to enhance the visitorexperience and assisting with families and the hosting of key tourismstakeholders.

Your point of difference

You ideally have 1-3 years’ experience in theretail or tourism industry (highly desirable) with prior experience in a customerfacing role. You will also have:

- Demonstrated experience dealing with visitors fromoverseas where English is not their first language or with culturaldifferences/sensitivities

- Ability to memorise key information about retailers,directions and Centre information.

- Ability to speak a foreign language is desirable

- High level of IT proficiency e.g. Microsoft Officepackage, Salesforce

- Ability to work weekends, public holidays and acrossmultiple Centres

- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is desirable
