**I am seeking an exceptional Guest Services Coordinator for a 3-month temporary assignment who can travel to Parramatta and Potts Hills.**

We are looking for an individual who can provide quality and efficient administration and coordination services and contribute to a multi-skilled, engaged and flexible tenancy Services team that fulfils issues, requests and tasks effectively, achieving customer and business outcomes.

**Duties within the role will include but not limited to**:

- Meeting and greeting visitors/clients upon their arrival.
- Setting up of meeting rooms & organising drinks/catering/events.
- Facilities coordination.
- Floor walks for compliance, safety and building reports
- Ordering white goods and assisting sites to place stationery/consumables orders online
- Assist the administration team with general administration duties on an adhoc basic.

**About you**:

- Exceptional attitude, immaculate presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office
- Ability to self-manage and work well under pressure.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Ability to work a rotating roster at Potts Hill: 6.30am -2.30pm or 9am-5pm and at Parramatta 7am-5pm.
