A fantastic contracting opportunity for an experienced Speech Pathologist seeking ultimate work flexibility, no KPI targets and generous hourly rates, in an organisation focused on providing quality, client-centred care.
Compensation and Schedule
- Earn $120 - $140 per hour + Super (depending on your experience)
- Adult caseload in community settings & WFH for admin
- No KPI targets, fortnightly check-ins with the Director and optional external supervision available
Responsibilities
- Caseload Variety: Diverse adult‑only NDIS caseload including dysphagia, ASD, aphasia, and swallowing support.
- Seamless Admin Support: Admin team handles service agreements, referrals and initial risk assessments; Salesforce-based system keeps everything organised.
- Engaged Management: Biweekly check-ins with the director to provide feedback and support continuous quality improvement.
- Onboarding: Detailed induction and gradual caseload build-up with weekly check-ins to help you settle.

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Minimum 1 year post‑graduate experience and NDIS experience
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
