Stream Healthcare has partnered with leading healthcare organisations across Western Australia and we are seeking passionate Speech Pathologists to work across adult or mixed caseloads. Whether you are a seasoned clinician or a soon-to-be graduate, we want to hear from you Our clients offer tailored programs designed to provide the right support at every stage of your career, from structured supervision for new graduates through to leadership pathways for emerging managers.
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments and tailoring treatment plans to adult clients
- Supporting individuals with communication, swallowing, and language needs (not limited to)
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants
- Providing services across clinical settings, homes, facilities, hospitals & more

- Salary from $75,000 – $130,000+ superannuation
- Flexibility with work arrangements, Hybrid/WFH option
- Bonuses paid on achievable KPIs
- 1:1 supervision internal or external
What we need from you
- Current and unrestricted Speech Pathology Australia membership (SPA)
- Happy to work within NDIS, no experience required
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
