At Early Start Australia (ESA), we’re looking for a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team in Maroochydore. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take on more responsibility, contribute to a collaborative team, and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and their families.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll work with a varied paediatric caseload, supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities. You’ll deliver therapy in our newly built clinic, as well as in homes, schools, and via telehealth. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with early intervention models such as the Early Start Denver Model.
You’ll be supported by a dedicated administration team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality therapy and building strong relationships with families.

What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Speech Pathology and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience working with children and/or individuals with disabilities
- Confidence in working with families and supporting them through therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to inclusive and culturally respectful practice
