About Triple Zero Victoria

Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies.

This integration of emergency services communications within Triple Zero Victoria is unique in Australia and rare worldwide.

About the Role

Emergency Communications Officers (Triple Zero Call-takers) receive and process all emergency and non-emergency triple zero calls from the public and other emergency service agencies.

There really is no average day as an Emergency Communications Officer - every day is different and rewarding in equal amounts.

We have several roster options available depending upon your preferred location.

About You

The Emergency Communications Officer role is unique and challenging and our team members come from a wide range of life stages, occupational and cultural backgrounds.

You are likely to be a good fit for this position if you:
