About the Role
We are seeking a professional and organised Unit Secretary to join our General Medicine team within the Acute and Urgent Care Program. In this important role, you will be responsible for delivering confidential secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the department. You will coordinate workloads, prioritise tasks, and contribute to a collaborative team environment where accuracy, efficiency, and discretion are essential.
As a key point of contact within the unit, you will liaise with internal departments and staff to support operational needs, handle more complex administrative tasks, and provide guidance to junior team members. Your ability to manage competing priorities and maintain a high standard of service will be critical to the department's overall success in delivering timely and effective patient care.
