Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Fixed Plant (FIFO)

NES Fircroft are currently partnering with a tier mining company to source an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support Fixed Plant assets across one of their regional WA sites on an ongoing FIFO roster.

Job Role

- Leading by example in establishing and maintaining a strong health and safety culture

- Following integrated business processes and systems to monitor equipment health and performance

- Developing maintenance strategies based on failure modes across the equipment lifecycle

- Ensuring statutory compliance of all electrical and instrumentation assets

- Applying knowledge of production and maintenance strategies to optimise plant performance

- Identifying risks that may impact plant reliability and implementing mitigation strategies

- Driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational excellence

About You

- Tertiary qualification in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering

- Extensive experience in fixed plant maintenance and iron ore mineral processing facilities

- Proven experience in developing equipment maintenance strategies

- A commitment to safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
