In this exciting, customer-facing role, you’ll be a trusted hero to new parents and caregivers, helping them safely install car seats and ensuring every journey is a safe one.
Location: Auburn, NSW
Employment Type: Part-time
Roster: Thursday, Friday & Saturday
What We’re Looking For
- No experience required If you/'re physically fit, can climb in and out of customer cars with ease, and have the ability to work with small clips and restraints, we’ll provide full training and certifications
- A passion for safety and a desire to make sure little ones travel securely.
- A friendly, approachable attitude, and the ability to break down technical details into simple, understandable advice.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
What Will You Be Doing?
- Installation Wizard: Safely install car seats with expert precision in customer vehicles, following Baby Bunting’s Installation Principles.
- Customer Service Excellence: Be the face of Baby Bunting by welcoming families with a big smile and answering all their car seat safety questions (because, let’s face it, parents always have questions).
- Show customers just how easy and important it is to get those car seats installed correctly
- Safety Expert: Educate parents on the do’s and don’ts of car seat use – you’ll be their go-to person for peace of mind.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest safety regulations and car seat guidelines, ensuring all installations meet the highest safety standards.
- Store Support Superstar: Help with other in-store tasks like inventory, product demonstrations, and sharing your child safety knowledge with the team.
