- Lead operational management and team leadership across senior living communities
- Ensure compliance, quality standards, and effective resource management
- Collaborate closely with clinical and support teams to maintain high service standards
- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous service improvement initiatives

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; post-graduate qualifications viewed favourably
- Demonstrated leadership experience in senior living, aged care, or community services management
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, accreditation standards, and funding models
- Strategic thinker with proven change management, analytical, and operational skills
- Passion for person-centred care and empowering teams to deliver excellence
