Job Description:

- Role Type: Casual
- Department and Location: SVHA – Mater Hospital, St Vincent's Private and Griffith hospitals.
- Salary: 34.37 AUD base per hour.

About The Role:

- Assist with retrieval and delivery of records to and from the wards.
- Sorting and assembling of medical records for scanning.
- Scanning and filing of medical records.
- Assist with the processing of requests for records, both on and off-site.
- Scanning and filing VMO letters and loose sheets.
- Assist with other duties as directed by the Manager of Health Information Services.

About You:

- Experience in computer systems.
- Previous experience in medical records/health industry.
- Flexibility to work varying start or finishing times between 7.30am and 5.30pm.
- Knowledge and experience with computer systems and programs.
- Good communication skills to deal with telephone enquiries, as well as staff within the hospital
- Possession of a current NSW Driver's License desirable
