YOUR ROLE: Reporting to and being mentored 1:1 by a top-calibre Accredited Specialist Partner, you will relish the challenge, stimulation and satisfaction of making a positive impact for plaintiff clients in respect of their CTP, Public Liability and Medical Negligence claims. If you wish, there is also scope to add some statutory workers' compensation files too.

Who you are

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- Are admitted as a solicitor with minimum 2+ years hands-on experience post-admission managing your own personal injury files in: 1) CTP (essential) plus at least one or both of: 2) Public Liability; and/or 3) Medical Negligence.

- Have solid litigation/court advocacy experience.

- Have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and case law, with strong communication/people/advocacy skills.

- Are proactive, results- and deadline-driven with a can-do positive attitude.

- Are hungry to further advance your career long-term with an outstanding, innovative plaintiff firm.
