Company Description
Focus on Function: Collaborative Therapy Solutions provides high-quality Occupational Therapy, Dietitian, and Case Management services to adults with a range of disabilities and medical conditions. We specialise in participant-centred care, working in-home to enhance participation and improve outcomes.
Based in Gunnedah, NSW, we service a broad area including Narrabri, Manilla, Tamworth, Quirindi, Armidale, and surrounding regions. Our services are delivered through iCare, CTP, and workers compensation claims. We pride ourselves on being collaborative, with the participant guiding the service direction.
Role Description
This is a
part-time role (2 days per week)
for a Dietitian, based in
Tamworth or Gunnedah
, with flexibility around which days you work and some work-from-home opportunities.
The role focuses on:
- icare participants with severe injuries (spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, catastrophic accidents)
- Residential aged care services
- No NDIS workload
You'll provide medical nutrition therapy, develop diet plans, support weight management, and deliver practical strategies that improve health outcomes. The role involves working closely with participants and collaborating with our Occupational Therapy, Nursing, and Case Management teams.
