About the Centre
Milestones Bathurst is a 96-place centre where we strive to support our children and team to reach their full potential. We’re currently renovating our centre, and we’re excited about soon revealing the new play spaces coming to life through our renovations. We’re passionate about children growing and learning in a safe environment through play-based learning, which we foster using our Lifelong Learning Curriculum. We have built strong connections with local schools and community groups, and value the partnerships we’ve developed with our families.

About the Role
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About You
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Experienced in meeting safety and compliance standards
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- Has good mentoring skills
- A current Working with Children’s Check
