About the Role
We are on the lookout for a passionate Laser & Skin Therapist to join our dynamic team at SILK Laser Clinics.In this role, you’ll deliver top-tier care to our clients, providing services from laser hair removal to advanced skin treatments.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting consultations, developing personalised treatment plans, and recommending products tailored to each client's unique needs. Our clients come first, and it's essential that every experience leaves them feeling confident, cared for, and eager to return.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

- A Diploma in Beauty Therapy is required.
- Proven ability to exceed individual sales targets and meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire, motivate, and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest level of clinic operations and client satisfaction.
- Experience with medical-grade devices such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring (preferred, but not essential).
