Great opportunity for a Registered Nurse seeking work/life balance to join our growing Rockhampton team conducting pre-employment medicals. Ideally, we're seeking a full-time position, but we're open to flexibility for the right person – whether you're looking for four days a weekor school hours over five days, we're happy to find a schedule that works for you.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to achieve a great work/life balance You will play a key role in conducting pre-employment medicals, working with a supportive and collaborative team. This role is being advertised as an existing team member is transferring internally to a different KINNECT location.

• Conducting Pre-Employment, Periodic and Health Surveillance Medical assessments.
• Performing Urine and Saliva Drug and Alcohol Testing.
• Collecting Blood Serology and Pathology samples.
• Conducting Neurological, Skin, Respiratory and Cardiovascular Medical Assessments.
• Administering Immunisations (if registered).
• Participating in occasional project work at client sites, such as Drug & Alcohol testing, which may require early starts at 6 AM, with an early finish.

• Client-Specific Work: Occasionally, there will be project work outside regular hours. For example, the team might perform drug and alcohol tests for a client requiring an early start at 6 AM. While such projects are not frequent, they provide variety and are compensated either with additional pay or adjusted hours.

• You're a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (essential).
• You have experience in Occupational Health, ED, or clinical nursing.
• You excel at building rapport and strong relationships.
• You thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• You hold a current Driver's Licence and have reliable transport.
