Scanning Clerk page is loaded## Scanning Clerklocations: Ballarat, Victoriatime type: Part timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: October 2, 2025 (14 days left to apply)job requisition id: JR-13133**Your role at St John of God Ballarat Hospital**In this role you will provide accurate and timely scanning of health record documents and maintenance of the Scanned Health Record System (SHRS).**The Position*** Accurate and timely scanning of health record documents in the Scanned* Health Record System (SHRS).* Prepare health records for scanning.* Upload electronic documents into the SHRS.* Perform quality activities on scanned documents.* Correct identified anomalies in the SHRS.* Perform HIS clerical duties as directed.* Participate in the ongoing development and training programs.* All other reasonable duties as directed by the Manager Health Information Services.You will have to demonstrate commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team environment.To be considered for this position you will need to have ability to work a range of shifts, including weekends, as well as extra shifts as required.
