The Role
This is a full-time position. The Office Manager will be responsible for planning, organising, and managing the administrative functions of our office to ensure efficient operations. You will work closely with management and the advisory team to support our service delivery and business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Oversee and coordinate office operations, procedures, and resources to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
· Manage the day-to-day administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
· Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers to maintain smooth business operations.
· Develop, review, and implement administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency.
· Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting for the office.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to the financial services sector.
· Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies, arranging repairs and procurement as needed.
· Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and staff training logistics.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for management as required.
Skills and Experience Required
· A relevant qualification in business administration, management, or a related field.
· At least 1 year of relevant work experience in office management or administrative leadership role.
· Strong organisational and time-management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
· Knowledge of financial services sector operations will be highly regarded.
