As a Procurement Specialist, you will be a key link between the procurement category teams and the local factory/business. You’ll contribute to the development and execution of sourcing strategies—primarily across ingredients and packaging categories—while supporting operational excellence and commercial risk management.

This role offers cross-functional exposure and the chance to translate factory and business insights into sourcing and systems solutions that drive optimal outcomes for Nestlé Oceania.

A day in the life

Reporting to theProcurement Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting factories, teams, and the business with all aspects of supply, including understanding local needs, constraints, and regulations.
- Ensuring timely and accurate contract availability to enable material ordering via SAP and associated processes.
- Contributing to sourcing strategy development at both factory and business levels, showcasing procurement’s value to the organisation.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive process and service improvements.
- Providing procurement insights to support cost management and visibility of risks and opportunities.
