Your Role

You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate, client-centred support within a trauma-informed framework. Your responsibilities will include providing social engagement, mentoring, transportation, and supervision to the young people in our care. You will implement clinically guided support plans and work closely with caseworkers, therapeutic providers, and clinical staff, to help create and maintain a safe, positive and therapeutic environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in young people’s lives, supporting their journey towards healing, independence, and a brighter future.

What you need to be successful in your role

- A Diploma in Community Services or other relevant Diploma
- Experience and understanding of trauma-informed practice and therapeutic care
- Resilience, patience and, at times, a sense of humour
- Availability for a variety of shifts including weekend and sleep over shifts
- Genuine desire and commitment to be the difference in young people’s lives
