Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently and with dignity?

Flock Family Supports is a growing NDIS provider committed to empowering people in our community. We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated Care Workers to join our team.

About the Role

As a Care Worker, you will provide person-centred support to clients in their homes and community. You will help people achieve their goals, maintain independence and enjoy a high quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities (personal care, meal preparation, household tasks)
  • Providing social and community access support
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transport needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Following individual care plans and NDIS quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for helping people
  • Reliability, empathy and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community services (preferred but not essential)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle withcomprehensiveinsurance.
