**Care Worker**

Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently and with dignity?
Flock Family Supports is a growing NDIS provider committed to empowering people in our community. We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated **Care Workers** to join our team.

About the Role

As a **Care Worker**, you will provide person-centred support to clients in their homes and community. You will help people achieve their goals, maintain independence and enjoy a high quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting clients with daily living activities (personal care, meal preparation, household tasks)
- Providing social and community access support
- Supporting clients with mobility and transport needs
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Following individual care plans and NDIS quality standards

What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for helping people
- Reliability, empathy and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community services (preferred but not essential)
- Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check** (or willingness to obtain)
- Current **First Aid and CPR certificate**:

- Current **Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle**withcomprehensiveinsurance.

Pay: $30.00 - $56.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
