About the role
Reporting to the Executive General Manager you’ll join our business as the National Business Development Manager for Data Centres and lead the strategic growth of our data centre infrastructure business across the Country.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 data centre customers, key enterprise customers, SME customers, suppliers and industry stakeholders via our National Branch Network
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, margin, cost control and profit growth
- Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience, provide proactive solutions and expand our customer base
- Coach and mentor team members to foster a high-performing, customer focused culture
- Create, present and roll out your Business Plan with a focus on bringing the team on the journey
- Ensure accountability and results across all aspects of branch operations including, Health and Safety, Financial Management – forecasts, budgets, P&L and Inventory Control
About you
- A true leader with a strong customer focus in the data centre market
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proven relationship development skills (internally and externally)
- A dynamic leader with experience managing organisational change
- Superior analytical skills, with the ability to form fact-based decisions & recommendations
- You are hands on, a natural people leader with a passion for developing and motivating teams
