- Leading Hand mechanical fitting & machining workshop
- Acacia Ridge, QLD Location. Mon – Friday 38 hour week + occasional OT

What kind of work may be involved?

- Complete mechanical fitting and workshop related duties
- Supervision of planned works, workshop labour and materials for scheduled, unscheduled and emerging workin the workshop and on customer sites
- Assist with rosters, and job activities to minimise delays
- Ensure accurate and detailed information is provided for scoping and estimating costs and timeframes

Ideal skills & experience:

- Minimum experience of mechanical equipment, fitting & machining knowledge
- Ideally experience with pumps, fans, bearings, driveshafts
- Sound understanding of a workshop service facility inspection and repair process
- Solid analytical problem-solving skills
- Computer literate at an intermediate level
- Proven safety and quality focus & Perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with Company's Health & Safety policies & procedures.
