This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll shape and deliver high-impact communications, from executive speeches and major announcements to media engagement and reputation-building initiatives. You’ll collaborate across the business to bring our story to life in a way that aligns with our purpose, values, and long-term strategy. You’ll also lead our approach to corporate sponsorships, ensuring they reflect and enhance our brand and stakeholder relationships.

To succeed, you’ll need to be a confident and influential communicator, skilled at advising senior leaders and navigating complex stakeholder environments. A strong background in corporate affairs or communications - particularly within ASX-listed or highly regulated, matrixed organisations - will position you well to make an immediate impact.

What you’ll do

• Developing and refining the company’s overarching messaging and narrative

• Planning and managing corporate communications across media, digital, and in-person events

• Writing speeches, announcements, and key messages for the CEO and Executive Team

• Supporting major milestones like financial results, AGMs and industry conferences

• Working with Investor Relations, Legal, Marketing and other internal teams to align messaging

• Advising on media relations, reputation risk and external positioning

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a sharp strategic lens to communication - writing clearly and persuasively for senior audiences, navigating sensitive issues with sound judgment, and shaping messaging that resonates across diverse stakeholders and platforms. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, act as a trusted advisor to executives, and bring a depth of experience from ASX-listed or complex global organisations.
