This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll shape and deliver high-impact communications, from executive speeches and major announcements to media engagement and reputation-building initiatives. You’ll collaborate across the business to bring our story to life in a way that aligns with our purpose, values, and long-term strategy. You’ll also lead our approach to corporate sponsorships, ensuring they reflect and enhance our brand and stakeholder relationships.
To succeed, you’ll need to be a confident and influential communicator, skilled at advising senior leaders and navigating complex stakeholder environments. A strong background in corporate affairs or communications - particularly within ASX-listed or highly regulated, matrixed organisations - will position you well to make an immediate impact.
What you’ll do
• Developing and refining the company’s overarching messaging and narrative
• Planning and managing corporate communications across media, digital, and in-person events
• Writing speeches, announcements, and key messages for the CEO and Executive Team
• Supporting major milestones like financial results, AGMs and industry conferences
• Working with Investor Relations, Legal, Marketing and other internal teams to align messaging
• Advising on media relations, reputation risk and external positioning
What you’ll bring
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a sharp strategic lens to communication - writing clearly and persuasively for senior audiences, navigating sensitive issues with sound judgment, and shaping messaging that resonates across diverse stakeholders and platforms. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, act as a trusted advisor to executives, and bring a depth of experience from ASX-listed or complex global organisations.
At Dyno Nobel, we value practical experience, clear thinking, and people who deliver with impact. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
If you’re excited about the opportunity but your background doesn’t align 100%, we still encourage you to apply . We’re open to diverse perspectives and transferable experience.
