**Will include**: - Assist in developing, implementing and evaluating media management, corporate communication, public affairs and marketing strategies on behalf of regions, commands and divisions of the QPS.- Liaise with media representatives, prepare media releases and provide advice to QPS staff on media, public affairs and communication issues.- Contribute to the preparation of plans and printed, audio-visual and social media materials for public affairs and communication projects.- Represent the Media and Public Affairs Group and the QPS at meetings with clients and stakeholders of the QPS.- Assist with the preparation of news releases, talking points, speech notes and briefing material for use by QPS executives or the Minister.
