Overview

Are you an experienced receptionist or admin assistant looking for flexible work opportunities in Brisbane? We're seeking reliable and professional individuals who live close to the city and are available for on-call receptionist roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to earn extra money while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

- Provide temporary reception support for periods of sick or planned leave
- Answer phones, manage front desk operations, and assist with general administrative tasks.
- Ideal for those with previous reception or administrative experience.
- Work in various professional Real Estate environments around Brisbane CBD.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Strong communication (text, email and phone) and organisational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments.
- Flexibility to work on short notice (on-call).
- Must live close to Brisbane CBD for easy access to assignments or be willing to travel
- Previous Real Estate experience highly regarded
