This is more than a clinical role. It's a chance to be part of one of Melbourne's best rising clinics, where you'll deliver outstanding results, learn client retention strategies, and help shape the future of a premium wellness brand.
Why Join Livewell Health?
- Award-Winning Reputation – Recognised nationally for excellence in customer service.

- Collaborative Team – Join a group of 2 physiotherapists and Yoga instructor who thrive on connection, curiosity, and making a difference.
- Premium Facilities – Work in a fully equipped studio with 3x Balanced Body Pilates reformers, Pilates chair and gym-based Technogym strength equipment.
The Role
You'll manage a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal, recreational sports, post-op rehab, active aging, and falls prevention. Your approach will combine hands-on care (manual therapy, dry needling, cupping) with exercise-based rehab (Pilates, functional strength, and conditioning).
Beyond client care, you'll also contribute to:
- Enhancing client experience and retention
- Community partnerships with local clinics
- Content creation, social media contribution and client engagement
- Team mentoring, planning, and growth projects
What We Offer
- Pay Rate: $75–95 per hour commission-based (open to discussion if part-time commitment is preferable)
- Structured mentoring and professional development
- Discounted physiotherapy and massage for you and your family
- 24/7 access to our exercise studio
- A supportive culture built on growth, connection, and excellence
About You
We're looking for a physiotherapist who is motivated to be part of an award-winning clinic and excited to contribute beyond the treatment room.
You bring:
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration
- 5+ years of private practice experience
- Dry needling qualification (required)
- Clinical Pilates qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A supportive, team-first mindset
- Strong willingness to learn and have a growth mindset
- Professional Indemnity Insurance and compliance checks (Police, WWC etc.)
The Invitation
This isn't just another private practice role. It's an opportunity to join an award-winning clinic, recognised for excellence in service, trusted by the community, and proud to give back through our community partnerships. Here, your skills, care, and ideas won't just treat clients — they'll help shape the future of physiotherapy in Melbourne.
