Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with supervisors, managers, and partners to provide high-quality services to a diverse range of clients.

- Assist in training and development of junior staff members.

- Lead projects and manage client relationships, driving meaningful impact.

- Prepare financial reports/statements and supporting schedules.

- Prepare Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships.

- Assist with virtual CFO engagements and other advisory services as needed.

- Manage GST administration, including Business Activity Statements (BAS).

- Perform other accounting tasks and provide support to junior staff as required.

- Conduct financial analysis and studies as needed.

What You Need to Apply

- Proactive and Independent: Proven ability to take initiative and work independently to meet deadlines.

- Tech-Savvy: Skilled in MYOB, Reckon (QuickBooks), Xero, and Microsoft Office.

- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Experienced: 3-4 years of experience in public practice, specialising in tax and business services.

- Qualified: Completed or near completion of CA/CPA certification.
