Introduction and Team you will belong to

Responsible for administration tasks, supporting sales and business development for our Site Delivery Solutions (SDS) team.

The Role

- Supporting the administrative needs of the SDS team

- Timekeeping support for SDS staff for accounting of hours, utilization etc

- Travel arrangements for SDS staff

- Visas arrangements for SDS staff

- Maintaining the SDS Travel library: personnel details, certifications, training records, certificates etc

- Collect vendors invoices, code and allocate in Basware

- Assist Director, Site Delivery Solutions with reporting

- Process documentation maintenance

- Onboarding for SDS Staff

- Supplier setup support

- Purchasing support

- Sales lead generation for future activities at customer plant

- Travel and significant time on site required

- Train and mentor less senior personnel

- Positively impact the Health and Safety Culture of the team

The successful candidate will possess the following:

- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy with various types of office-based software.

- 5 years + office-based experience in a manufacturing, mining, shutdown, project or heavy industry environment.

- Demonstrated experiences in supporting team members to achieve common goals

- Process driven mindset

- Ability to work in and make a positive and professional contribution to a team environment.

- Well-developed presentation skills, oral and written communication skills
