Position Objective

This position leads the management and continuous improvement of the agency’s Records Management Systems, including the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) and Microsoft 365, ensuring compliance with access, retention, destruction, workflow, and digitisation requirements.

Develops and implements strategic initiatives and digital transformation programs that enhance records and information management practices, aligning with legislative obligations, industry standards, and organisational efficiency goals.
