This pivotal role requires strong clinical knowledge to ensure all initiatives are developed and implemented through a clinical lens, supporting evidence‑informed practice and quality client outcomes. It ensures our people are equipped with effective onboarding, continuous learning opportunities, and up-to-date resources that enhance program delivery across RAQ’s virtual service platforms.
Key Responsibilities

You approach challenges with curiosity and strategic insight, value collaboration, and use your strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Your work is guided by a passion for continuous improvement and delivering meaningful outcomes for both employees and clients.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate multi‑modal learning solutions for diverse teams.
- Understanding of Family Law, family dispute resolution and counselling theory and practice.
- Experience managing knowledge systems and resources to promote accessibility and collaboration.
- Advanced coordination, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Skill in identifying training needs, conducting skills gap analyses, and maintaining competency registers.
- A commitment to supporting team induction, capability development, and ongoing professional growth.
We Can Offer You
At RAQ, we believe in supporting our people both inside and outside the workplace. Here’s what you can look forward to as part of our team:
- Work‑Life Balance – Enjoy a flexible, supportive culture that empowers you to thrive at work and at home.
