Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experienced People and Culture professional to join a high-performing HR team within a forward-thinking organisation.

This temporary opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a range of people projects while providing high-quality HR advice and support across the business.

Rate: Circa $67–$77 per hour + super

Location: Brisbane, CBD

Contract Length: 5 months with possible extension

Responsibilities

- Deliver generalist HR advice across areas such as employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.

- Support and coordinate people-related projects and initiatives including onboarding, workforce planning, and policy improvement.

- Manage and resolve employee matters through proactive case management and coaching.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of HR frameworks, policies, and processes that enhance organisational capability and culture.

- Partner with leaders to build people capability and deliver best-practice HR solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.

- Demonstrated experience in HR advisory or business partnering roles within a complex organisation.

- Sound knowledge of HR frameworks, policy, and employment legislation.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering outcomes that make a difference.

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
