integratedliving operates a fantastic Customer Service Centre based in our new contact centre in Carrington. Looking for a customer service legend to join us for an exciting Permanent Part Time- 6 month adventure

Customer Service Officers work within a motivated and supportive team, and provide our current and potential clients, community vendors and Support Workers in the field with excellent service.

As a Customer Service Officer with integratedliving, you will be the first point of contact for information on services, packages, and all things integratedliving

If you value exceptional customer service, have a positive attitude and commitment to providing the best care to our clients. As well as;

- Availability to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am-2pm

- The ability to problem solve and think outside the box

- Open to change and easily adaptable to an ever-changing industry

- Effectively and efficiently resolve complaints and feedback from clients

- Quickly and accurately recording a brief summary of conversations into a database

- Being kind and compassionate toward people that need assistance, even when they are not having the best day
