The Role

You’ll play a key part in delivering civil works on a major water infrastructure project, taking responsibility for planning, coordination, and delivery of your allocated section of works. With diverse project scopes — including concrete structures, earthworks, and pipelines — this is an opportunity to develop high-level project management and technical skills under top-tier mentorship.

Key Duties

- Deliver complex civil works on projects valued over $10M
- Assist in managing project programs, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure OH&S, environmental, and quality compliance across site activities
- Engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Contribute to detailed project planning and execution

Skills & Experience

- A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience on civil water, concrete, or earthworks projects
- Exposure to projects valued over $5M
- Background with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 civil contractor
- Strong technical understanding of drawings and specifications
- A proven safety record and ability to drive compliance on site
