Salesforce Solution Architect – Health Cloud

Are you ready to architect patient‑centric, compliant Health Cloud solutions that actually move the needle on outcomes?

CalibrX is Australia’s leading Salesforce recruitment agency, and we’re partnering with a top-tier Salesforce & MuleSoft consultancy to hire a Salesforce Solution Architect to work within the Healthcare space. You’ll design and deliver Salesforce Health Cloud architectures that streamline provider workflows, integrate with major EMR/EHR platforms, and align to Australian privacy and international healthcare standards.

The right person will be hands‑on and strategic — comfortable leading discovery with clinicians and IT, setting governance, and mentoring delivery teams — while leveraging Health Cloud capabilities like OmniScripts, Care Plans, Health Timeline, Care Programs, and Patient Communities. You’ll also guide secure, scalable integrations.

Responsibilities

- Lead end‑to‑end architecture for Salesforce Health Cloud programs, from discovery to design and governance.

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate clinical/operational needs into scalable, secure solutions.

- Define data models, integration patterns, and best practices across multi‑cloud Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience).

- Provide architectural governance and mentor consultants, developers, and fellow architects.

Experience

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, including at least one end‑to‑end Salesforce Health Cloud implementation.

- Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect.

- Strong integration background (APIs/middleware) and deep understanding of healthcare operations, data models, and compliance.

- Experience across multi‑cloud Salesforce environments integrated with Health Cloud; excellent stakeholder management.

- Bonus: experience with Australian healthcare providers and large‑scale digital transformation.
