About the position:

Ideal entry level position for someone passionate about IT. Weare committed to developing your ability to provide support for ourusers of desktop computer systems and peripherals.

- This is a fixed term full-time position based in theToowoomba CBD for 2 years.
- Training wage rates are $334.00 - $866.00 per week(depending on your education level and years out of school)plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65%superannuation.

How to be successful in this position:

- Year 10 education is mandatory, however Year 12 educationis desirable.
- Current ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence ishighly desirable.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and customerservice skills.
- Time management skills to balance daily tasks and coursemodules.
- Computing skills including Microsoft Office and desktopproductivity tools.
- Installation and support of desktop computer systemshardware and operating system software.
- Accountability for your work and to your supervisor, teamand organisation.
