About the position:

Ideal entry level position for someone passionate about IT. We are committed to developing your ability to provide support for our users of desktop computer systems and peripherals.

• This is a fixed term full-time position based in the Toowoomba CBD for 2 years.
• Training wage rates are $ $866.00 per week (depending on your education level and years out of school) plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

How to be successful in this position:

• Year 10 education is mandatory, however Year 12 education is desirable.
• Current 'C' Class Driver's Licence is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Time management skills to balance daily tasks and course modules.
• Computing skills including Microsoft Office and desktop productivity tools.
• Installation and support of desktop computer systems hardware and operating system software.
• Accountability for your work and to your supervisor, team and organisation.
