YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Within SAP BTM Value Management Team you will be responsible for defining and driving strategic, value‑based approaches while engaging with premium‑segment customers. You will act as a trusted value and transformation expert throughout the entire customer value journey, guiding customers through SAP Signavio’s engagement model—from potential value discovery and prioritization in pre‑sales to value qualification, delivery, and realization in post‑sales.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Value Preparation Activities

- Align with customer on strategic priorities and value drivers.

- Establish the bridge between customer’s strategic value drivers and how SAP BTM can support delivery.

Identify Value Potential

- Discover potential initiatives leveraging SAP Signavio.

- Drive value quantification, qualification & initiative prioritization with the customer, focusing on short‑term and long‑term value strategies.

Accelerate Value Delivery

- Conduct value workshops with the customer focusing on pattern and root‑cause identification.

- Support the customer in establishing action plans to realize the identified value.

Coordinate Value Realization & Monitoring

- Establish a clear monitoring and target realization methodology with the customer.

- Continuously monitor, report, and communicate value realized and adjustments to the customer portfolio roadmap.

Support Value at Scale

- Provide continuous feedback to Product & Engineering to enhance the product and increase adoption at customers.

- Empower the BTM solution as a value enabler, articulating not only the value‑management approach beyond process and enterprise architecture management but also in the context of other SAP LoBs.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of business consulting experience (beyond technical implementation) and experience in Value Management / Advisory (development of process improvement value cases and realization of value at scale).

- Demonstrated experience driving revenue‑generating streams within the organization.

- Practical experience in continuous improvement and Lean/Agile methods and process expertise (e.g., P2P, O2C, Operate to Maintain, H2R) with clear value outcomes shown in previous engagements.

- Experience in value‑driven transformation approaches from value identification to realization.

- Deep knowledge and practical experience in data‑driven Business Process Management (BPM) and/or Process Mining.

- Experience in client relationship, stakeholder, and change management.

- Project management experience, driving multiple project portfolios across customers from a value realization standpoint.

- Expert knowledge on process automation, mining, and management technology (SAP Signavio or competitor solutions), its implementation, application, and usage for continuous value creation.

- English fluency is a must – other languages are a plus.
