Overview

Calling all experienced night managers to oversee all overnight operations ensuring residents receive an exceptional customer service experience.

Location and Role

La Trobe University Bendigo Campus — Night Manager (Casual role available).

Your Responsibilities

- Monitoring building security and safety; performing perimeter checks and resolving issues or emergencies that arise while on duty.
- Execute administration tasks including maintaining records, processing payments, audit, reporting, etc.
- Effective incident management during night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution.
- Support a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare.
- Respond to residents’ calls about noise or disturbances within the building, and lockouts.
- Attend appropriate training and mandatory staff meetings when required.

Mandatory requirements

- Valid Working Rights in Australia and New Zealand
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check (VIC)
