Overview

We're partnering with a high-growth FinTech to find an an Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day business operations. This is a broad role covering product, service delivery, collections, customer service, and supporting sales — perfect for someone who thrives in a high-growth start-up environment.

4 days in the office
12 month FTC

What you'll be doing:

- Oversee end-to-end operations across product, service delivery, collections, and customer service.

- Partner with Product and Technology teams to ensure new features are implemented and delivered seamlessly.

- Manage collections and credit processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

- Lead and support customer service teams to deliver a high-quality experience.

- Work closely with Sales to align operations with customer growth and business objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and vendor relationships.

- Provide operational insights, reporting, and recommendations to senior leadership.

What you'll bring:

- Experience as an Operations Manager (or similar) within FinTech, consumer finance, or financial services.

- Strong understanding of product delivery, customer service, and credit/collections.

- Start-up or scale-up background with the ability to wear multiple hats.

- Commercial mindset with experience working alongside Sales teams.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
