- Skilled in running workshops, managing risk, and aligning delivery with business goals

Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in software implementation
- Demonstrated success delivering Salesforce projects across multiple methodologies
- Experienced in proactively identifying, managing, and reporting on project risks to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely resolutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex, enterprise environment
- Experience in delivering fixed cost projects in a fast paced environment
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum and SAFe
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication
- A passion for continuous improvement—for teams, processes, and outcomes
- Bonus: Salesforce certifications or hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting
