Based in our stylish Robina office on the Gold Coast, you will assist our Interior Designers with preparation for customer appointments and provide administration support. Full-time role, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

- Front and back of House Duties
- Scheduling Studio M appointments for clients
- Prepare documentation and information necessary for appointments
- Ensuring our systems are up to date
- Respond to customer queries
- Conduct Studio M tours
- Ensure all status of appointments and selections are up to date
- Work with internal teams to ensure all selections and designs meet requirements

Qualifications

- Previous administration experience in a fast paced environment
- Proven ability to work in a customer contact role
- Highly organised with the ability to multi task
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
- Resourceful and proactive to discover solutions
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
