Major Regional Referral Centre | 2.5 hrs from Melbourne

You’ll experience:
- ~30,000 ED presentations & 19,000 inpatient episodes annually
- Onsite Critical Care (ICU/HDU/CCU), O&G, Paediatrics, Oncology, Mental Health, Aged Care, Rehab and more
- Support from experienced FACEMs, FACRRMs, and FRACGPs
The Role
As a Senior Emergency Medicine Registrar, you will:
- Lead and coordinate care across the ED, including managing night shifts
- Supervise and teach interns, HMOs and medical students
- Manage trauma and critically unwell patients in the resuscitation area
- Access funded education including the ACEM Emergency Medicine Certificate/Diploma
- Develop advanced point-of-care ultrasound skills
You will need:
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Significant ED experience at Registrar/Senior Registrar level
- Confidence managing resus and trauma cases
- Strong leadership, teaching, and teamwork skills
