The Role
- Be hands-on with high-acuity, complex presentations.
- Work closely with Emergency Consultants and critical care teams.
- Lead patient care, support juniors, and contribute to QI projects.
- Build leadership and advanced clinical skills in a fast-paced, supportive setting.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration.
- 3+ years postgraduate ED experience.
- Confident in critical care and trauma.
- Clear communicator, cool under pressure, collaborative mindset.
