As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing on‑premise and Azure cloud servers, storage, security, and backup/recovery solutions. You’ll provide subject matter expertise, support operational excellence, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our technology environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining technical design standards and policies for infrastructure and cloud solutions.

- Document solutions, define scopes of work, estimate resources, and coordinate implementation of complex projects.

- Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate alerts, events, and incidents.

- Plan, implement, and test upgrades and patches following change management processes.

- Collaborate with third‑party service providers, manage vendor support activities, and escalate issues as required to ensure reliable technology operations.

About You

You are a proactive, detail‑oriented IT professional who thrives in a complex, fast‑paced environment. You enjoy problem‑solving, providing reliable technology solutions, and building strong working relationships with peers and vendors.

- A tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience managing servers, storage, backup/recovery, and cloud infrastructure in medium to large enterprise environments.

- Experience supporting and maintaining Azure, MS365, VMware, and enterprise infrastructure solutions.

- Strong technical knowledge across on‑premise and cloud environments, including Citrix and load‑balancing solutions.

- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
